A brand identity design for a bold, modern, apartment community in Uniondale, NY. I designed The Brix branding: logo, colors, typography, and pattern. I then built out marketing materials: a brand identity guide, business cards, floor plan cards, brochures, a stationery set, bus wrap, and a website. Designed while working at Agency Fifty3.

The brief was to design a brand identity for a brand new apartment community named The Brix located in Long Island, NY. The concept behind the logo design was crafted from the name—Brix refers to the degrees to which the amount of sugar in a solution is measured. This led to the circular degree symbol being emphasized in the “i” of Brix contrasted with sharp letterforms to reflect the trendy, modern vibe of the apartment community. A vibrant color palette, playful patterns, and clean yet bold typography make this brand stand out among its competitors.
