Overlook

  • I designed a brand identity for a modern yet timeless apartment community in Wilmington, NC. The designs capture the upscale, riverfront living experience. I created the logo design, print materials: illustrated floor plan cards, a stationery set, a point of interest map, a postcard, and a rack card. Designed while working at Agency Fifty3.

The Overlook at River Place logo design is inspired by its sister property, River Place’s icon. I used the same diamond shape as the base and took elements from the River Place logo to connect the properties with a similar look & feel. Overlook’s logo is set apart with a simplified, fresh take that is both modern and recognizable.
